| We offer a 30-Day no questions asked Return Policy. You may return your jewelry within 30 days of purchase if for any reason you are not completely satisfied with it. We only sell high quality jewelry, and stand behind our products 100%. Please note that custom made items are not returnable, unless the product is defective or we made an error.
The jewelry must be returned in its original condition for a refund or exchange, and must not show signs of damage, wear or alteration To return jewelry, please follow the steps below.
1. Place the jewelry being returned, a copy of the invoice, and all the original packaging in the return package. Write the word RETURN on the outside of the package (see example below). You may return or exchange any item within 30 days of your purchase. A Return Merchandise Authorization is not required for returns or exchanges.
2. Please indicate a reason for your return on the invoice that was included with the shipment of jewelry. Your feedback is very important to us!
3. PACKAGES MUST BE SHIPPED TO OUR P.O. BOX VIA THE US POSTAL SERVICE. You must apply postage to the returned package. We strongly recommend using Delivery Confirmation to track the delivery status of your package. If you choose not to use Delivery Confirmation, we cannot be held responsible if the package is not received. Insurance is also recommended for the full value of the jewelry purchase price, so you can protect yourself against loss or damage.
4. Once your jewelry is received, it will be processed within 10 business days. A credit will be issued to your original method of payment within 15 business days of receiving your returned jewelry item. Once the adjustment has been made to your account, you will receive an email confirming the transaction.
5. If your purchase entitled you to free shipping based on the total of your order, and your returns drop the total of your order below the threshold that allowed you to have free shipping, we will charge you for the shipping cost of the original order.
