What type of Payments do you accept?
We accept Google Checkout, PayPal & Major Credit Cards: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. The Credit Cards are securely processed through PayPal, and you do NOT need a PayPal account.
Unlike many other on-line stores, we also accept Postal Money Orders and Personal Checks for the convenience of customers who prefer that option. You can select your Preferred Payment Method during checkout.

Why haven't I received a response to my email?
We respond to all email messages within 24 hours. If you have not received a response please check you spam or junk mail box, and add our email address to your contact list to avoid problems in the future

What Shipping options do you offer?
We use the US Postal Service for all our shipping. Please see our Shipping & Handling page for details.

Do you offer International Shipping?
Yes we do offer International Shipping.

What can I do if I am not happy with the Jewelry I purchased?
It is very important to us that you are happy with the jewelry you purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with the purchase, you can return it within 30 days. Please see our Returns page for details.

Do I need to set up an account?
You DO NOT need to set up an account to shop with us. Howevever, when you set up an account your information is stored in our data base and available for your next purchase. It also allows you to check the status of your order online.

Will my personal information be shared with anyone?
We understand that privacy is a concern for everyone and your personal information WILL NOT be shared with anyone.

Are the Semiprecious stones in your jewelry genuine?
All stones are genuine unless otherwise noted.

Do you accept custom orders?
All our handmade jewelry is designed by jewelry artist, Anahita Guarino. She welcomes custom orders and will be happy to share ideas on the perfect jewelry piece just for you.
